BMailAntiqua is the Caribbean's first deployment of the DataFM Emergency and MultiPoint Messaging System. The DataFM technology, covered by two US Patents, utilizes FM radio station bandwidth to transmit emergency and public interest text messages to demographic and geographic groups.

The DataFM Messaging System (known as "BMail") provides coverage for metro Atlanta's 21 county MMRS programs and statewide coverage to all hospitals and county public health offices in the state of Georgia for Georgia Public Health under grants from CDC and HRSA.

The 13 months from December, 2004 to December, 2005, provided a devastating demonstration showing why all parts of the world still need an efficient and effective warning and messaging system to provide a communication backbone for the situations that threatens people or property.

The tsunami of the South Pacific and the destructive hurricane season of 2005 left all our conventional systems without the ability to provide the infratstructure that was so desperately needed.
